The Collection of Elizabeth Taylor @ Christie's

She's like an eclipse of the sun,
blotting out everyone.
Sam Marks, Producer, MGM
Krupp diamond given to Taylor by her fifth husband.
It's said she wore the ring everyday and is valued at 2.5 to 3.5 million.
I adore wearing gems, but not because they are mine.
You can't possess radiance, you can only admire it.
- Elizabeth Taylor
Wedding Dress for First Marriage to Richard Burton
The yellow dress is backed by a photograph of the couple
at their first wedding in 1964.
Nicknamed the Granny Necklace after Burton gave it to Taylor
when she became a grandmother, this gold, diamond and emerald piece
Husband Mike Todd gave Taylor this tiara to wear to the Oscars
Elizabeth Taylor had an extraordinary life and is considered the very last of the great movie Stars from the Hollywood's Golden Age.
Miss Taylor has played many roles in her life: We first knew of her as an international film and fashion star. But she was also a loving mother, a successful businesswoman and a brave and generous humanitarian who fought for those living with HIV/Aids

"Tea Time" at Bernardaud

There are few hours in life more agreeable
than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea.
~ Henry James 1843 - 1916

Tea time is a delightful and simple practice that one can integrate into one's everyday living. It will bring joy and a few moments of peace to you and your loved one.

Afternoon tea began in England in the 18th century. It is a light mean serve typically between 3 - 5 pm. Traditionally, this light meal comprised of sandwiches such as cucumber, ham and salmon, scones served with clotted cream, assortments of cakes and pastries, and of course tea.
